SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL

Texol® Soluble Cutting Oil forms a milky white emulsion with water. It is specially developed for machine shops in production engineering mainly to cool the workpiece & provide lubrication. Used at a dosage of just 3-5% in water of varying hardness of up to 800 ppm, Texol® Soluble Cutting Oil provides outstanding overall performance. The product is made using high viscosity index lube base oils in combination with a variety of additives such as emulsifiers, rust preventives, biocides, etc. The product is very low foaming & provides excellent lubricity in tough conditions.
