- 4–5 years proven experience in Ugandan lubricant market
- Drive sales growth & achieve targets
- Develop and expand distributors & key accounts
- Strong presence in Automotive, Industrial & Commercial segments
- Manage day-to-day sales operations & business planning
- Conduct market & competitor analysis
- Lead negotiations, contracts & pricing
- Excellent communication & relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Result-oriented, target-driven professional
- Valid Ugandan driving license required
